- Children up to 5 years of age - free of charge
- In case of lost of skipass, bad weather conditions and power failure we don´t provide any compensation.
- In case of skilift´s failure caused by keeper of skilifts and when this failure lasts longer than 1 hour we provide compensation by agreement.
